C3 Mock 3.0: Picks 33-40

Draft week is here, and C3’s Mock Draft 3.0 is here.  This version takes is our final version and is our predictions of what we think will happen. Smokewagon is back making his picks along with me in the First Round.  We each give insight as to why we think each one makes sense.  As usual, we look at some of these selections from a Panthers Fan point of view, but no matter who you are a fan of, take a look and let us know your thoughts.  You can follow me on twitter at @PanthersDrafter and Smokewagon (@SamSslater96)

The Bucs need help in the Front Seven.  They lost Mason Foster to the Bears and Eric Kendricks is a First Round talent.  2014 Dick Butkus award winner for the best LB in College, he will be a welcomed addition for Lovie Smith and company.

his guy is big at 6’1 / 200 lbs.  And runs a 4.4 40.  I also like his big hands (10”) and natural instincts.  He seems to know where a play is developing before it does.  Teams will regret passing on him, and the Panthers could really use him too.  But Tennessee finds a great prospect.

The Raiders absolutely must add weapons to their 31st ranked offense.  And after passing on Kevin White in the first round, Agholor is a nice pick.  I see him potentially as the next Victor Cruz and Twitter has been a buzz that he could be a Panther.  We’ll see, but he’ll make a good Raider and a good target for Carr.

71 sacks given up in 2014.  If the Jags don’t bolster the line, Blake Bortles will go the way of David Carr.  This is a no-brainer pick to me.  Sambrailo is a great athlete and I love how he plays through the whistle.  He gets out to the second level very cleanly and would certainly help the entire Jags Offense.

Harold has visited with the Jets and is an impact player.  At 6’3/ 245 lbs, Harold had 7 sacks and 14.5 tackles for loss in 2014.  Great addition for a new defensive-minded coach.

The Skins need more talent in their Front 7 and need to be able to get after Romo, Manning, and whomever ends up in Philly.  Owamagbe Odighizuwa is an underrated player that I think fits well in Washington and if it weren’t for him having surgery on both hips, he would definitely be a First Round Pick.  Assuming his hips are clean, he could be the steal of the draft.

John Fox loves and needs good Linebackers that will fit Fangio’s system.  The Bears struggled at LB last year and though the talented Shaq Thompson is a first-round talent that has fallen into his lap, Fox goes with his teammate in Washington that fits the system better.  Fox will be very happy with this pick.

The Giants have to get younger, healthier and better at Middle Linebacker.  Our guy, Jon Beason is out of gas and a new MLB from the U can come in and take his place.  Perriman plays sideline-to-sideline and will inject some talent and youth into the Giants D.
