Things are heating up in Spartanburg, and that's pretty wild given it's one of the hottest places on Earth. The competition intensified today when Frank Alexander and guard, Ricky Henry, exchange blows in what amounted to a cat fight.
Hammy Wraps
The hamstring injury which sidelined Shaq Thompson for OTAs tightened back up today. It doesn't seem serious, but it kept him out. The Panthers don't look to be taking any chances.

Michael Oher got media dap for stopping speed rusher Mario Addison early, but then later Nate Chandler was running with the 1's at left tackle.

Star Lotulelei is going to be out for 3 weeks because of the stress reaction. On a good note, Damiere Byrd ended practice with a touchdown.
