Everyone loves speed, and Phillip Dorsett offers that.  He blazed a 4.33 yesterday at the NFL Combine.  In Miami's run-first Offense and with a non-elite QB, he did put up 871 yards and 10 TDs in 2014.  His speed alone would open up the Panthers Offense and make the Safeties play deep.  

Some on Twitter have said if we want him, we have to take him Round 1 and most are saying he's a 2nd or 3rd Rounder.  What do you think?
